GOOD TO KNOW
On arrival, you are provided with a complimentary sauna towel to sit on inside the sauna. We recommend bringing a shower towel or you can hire one from our Guest Relations desk.
We provide still and sparkling filtered water taps, so please bring a water bottle with you (ensuring it is not glass). Still bottled water and coconut water can be purchased at reception.

THE BATHHOUSE
The bathhouse is a 90-minute reset for your whole body. You get access to everything including the traditional Finnish sauna, steam room, temperature controlled magnesium pools and ice baths.
During your session you may move between the hot and cold therapies helping boost circulation, resetting your body to leave feeling clear and calm. Towels and water are included. You’ll walk out feeling like a new person.
SOUND SESSIONS
On Mondays at 10:30am, we host a Sound Session at no additional cost. If you’d love to book in at this session time.
Our sound sessions gift you 90 minutes of pure energetic restoration; a deeply immersive healing journey designed to reset your mind, body, and nervous system. Set beside our signature 38° pool, this experience features a uniquely crafted blend of healing instruments paired with guided relaxation techniques. As the frequencies move through the water and across your bod your system softens into calm. Releasing tension and opening space for inner stillness and a deeply grounding parasympathetic re-set. A truly unique soundscape and bathhouse experience, created exclusively at 38°.
PRIVATE INFRARED SAUNAS
Your own secluded infrared suite, complete with shower and change space. Designed for deep heat, quiet retreat and uninterrupted stillness. Each session includes an iPad with Spotify and Netflix, giving you a choice of curated soundscapes, guided meditations, podcasts or a show to help you fully unwind.

DAY SPA PACKAGES
The Private Infrared + Bathhouse is a 90-minute reset starting in your own infrared sauna suite. Infrared uses gentle infrared light-based heat that warms you from the inside out, helping you sweat more deeply, ease inflammation and support detoxification in a way traditional saunas can’t. Alongside your infrared session, you may flow in and out the bathhouse to enjoy the traditional sauna, steam room, magnesium pools, cold plunge and ice baths. Moving between these therapies boosts circulation and leaves you feeling clear, calm and fully renewed. Towels and water included.
MASSAGE + LYMPHATIC
Our massage treatments are designed to reset the body and support overall wellbeing. You can choose between a massage or a specialised lymphatic-drainage treatment. Massage helps release muscle tension, ease stress in the body and support rest and recovery. Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that moves stagnant fluid, supports detoxification, improves circulation and reduces puffiness or water retention. All treatments are individual sessions. We do not offer couples massages.
FACIALS + TREATMENTS
Our facials are results-driven and focused on restoring skin health. Each treatment is fully customisable to your skin type and concerns, guided by our therapist. Sessions may include deep cleansing, exfoliation, LED light therapy and cooling tools to calm, renew and refresh the skin. You can book as a stand-alone treatment or pair it with the bathhouse for the ultimate reset.
